You can login to our support desk at any time to submit a Trouble Ticket. Ticket support is available 24/7/365. Tickets are generally answered with a matter of minutes from the time you submit it, however it can take as long as 4-6 hours for your ticket to be answered.
Presently we do not offer phone support. Phone support is currently being addressed and analyzed to better serve your needs. Phone numbers will be posted when the new system is in place. Until this takes place please use the trouble ticket system.
At the present time we do not have a live support desk. We expect to set up online help in the near future.
